Production Steps of Industrial Computer / PC

Box PC, also known as Industrial Computer Host, is composed of the industrial motherboard, CPU, memory, motherboard, hard disk, I/O input and output interface, and other hardware. In terms of production structure and performance, it is more sturdy and stable than commercial computers. We simply think that a box pc is a computer host for industrial applications. So how is the BOX PC made? Let’s explain the specific structure of the BOX PC.

First of all, let’s have a look at the overall appearance of the Box PC as shown below:

From the appearance, we know that the industrial Box PC is equipped with a front baffle, with I/O interfaces, power switches, etc. The black part is the aluminum alloy enclosure, and the fin design is mainly to increase the heat dissipation area.

We have installed COM, VGA, power switch, USB interface, and other input and output ports on the front and rear baffles.

In terms of heat dissipation, we use aluminum alloy materials. The fin design is to increase the heat dissipation area and stabilize the operating performance of the Box PC. The aluminum alloy, in the half-melting point, is poured and extruded through the modeling frame to form a concave-convex strip shell. It is punched on the back through a machining process, convenient for customers to install the PC.

Before making the fins, our structural engineers have considered product assembly issues. When assembling, the back of the radiating fins is machined with holes and slots, which is convenient for us to assemble the front and rear baffle and the installation of the motherboard.

Through the following pictures, we know that the machining is to place our front and rear baffles, and the structure design is perfect, dustproof, and durable.

When installing the industrial computer, our factory generally installs the cable design and the case, installs the CPU, memory, hard disk, heat sink, etc. on the motherboard, and then puts this into the junction box for wiring.

Don’t you think that screwing is a very happy thing? Screwing is the last step. A complete industrial Box PC will be born, and I am in a good mood to see the “work” after screwing.
