  • It can be seen from the naked eye, mainly by the cabinet body, the touch screen, the QR code recognizer, the thermal printer, the pinhole camera, and the surveillance camera.
  • From the outside, this hardware is very simple, however, the main core components are still integrated into the interior of Parcel Lockers. The internal layout of the hardwares are the main control machine (industrial computer with X86 architecture and Android architecture), lock control board, electromagnetic lock, video recording monitor, DC power supply, two-way switch, leakage protection switch, Network cable, and other lock cables, lock control board cables, etc. If the customer’s data is to be protected, it must be connected to a server on the cloud (public cloud or private cloud), and this hardware is connected through a wired or wireless link.


Parcel Lockers:

  • The display required by parcel lockers is different from the ordinary display. They have to be used outdoors with the characteristics of waterproof, dustproof, moisture-proof, anti-vibration, anti-glare, sunlight-readable. In addition, a touch screen module can be added for users to directly operate and use the smart parcel locker cabinet. Other accessories’ functions like the 4G module, WIFI, Bluetooth, RFID/NFC module, fingerprint module, and the camera could be added according to the special environment.

Process of Courier Storing Parcels:

Courier → Scan the tracking number → enter the recipient's phone number → swipe the card → open the cabinet → put in the express mail → close the cabinet → the system automatically sends a text message to the recipient → the recipient receives the text message

Process of Customer Pickup Parcels:

Customer→Pick up → enter the verification code → open the door → take out the parcels → close the box; The verification code is invalid → the courier or the administrator swipe the card → take out the parcels → close the box
