6 Kinds of Mounting Ways for Industrial PC/Monitor

More and more Mini/Box PCs are applied to various industrial fields, touch panel PCs & Monitors too. A touch screen with a metal shell has the advantages of anti-vibration and anti-interference and has been widely used.

How many mounting ways for industrial PC and Monitor?

1. Open Frame Embedded

It has 2 metal stripes or 4 metal stripes, embedded monitor to a KIOSK or Cabinet. But only front bezel of monitor appears, stripes concealed inside the Kiosk or Cabinet. Front bezel edge is 10mm in thickness.

2. Snap Joint Embedded (Most Commonly Used)

It comes with 4 Snap Joints and 4 Screws. Front bezel edge is 3mm and 10mm in thickness. 3mm is better.

First PC or Monitor embedded into the Cabinet, then fasten the snap joints with screws.

3. Metal Sheet on Back Embedded (The Safest Way)

Panel PC or Monitor embedded in a customized sheet or enclosure inside the cabinet. This is the safest way, fastened tightly inside the cabinet through VESA HOLES. If it is easy to find a metal sheet manufacturer at your location. We recommend to do with this sheet. If there is not easy to make a customized sheet, Open frame & Snap Joint are also good choices.

4. Shelf Screws Embedded

There are special design on front bezel with several holes. PC or Monitor will be embedded and fastened with screws directly in front of the Kiosk or Cabinet. The outer appearance is not that beautiful, but still looks very cool.

5. VESA Holes with Simple Holder

70x70mm/75x75mm/100x100mm/100x200mm are the regular VESA holes on back of the PC or Monitor. It support the mounting on Wall and Desktop.

6. VESA Holes with Special Support

The universal rotating / lifting / telescopic desktop support, which is designed according to ergonomic technology.
