WHAT IS HMIvision’s QUALITY CONTROL?

QC

(QC=Quality Control) is a process by which entities review the quality of all factors involved in production. ISO 9000 defines quality control as “A part of quality management focused on fulfilling quality requirements”.

IQC

(IQC=Incoming Quality Control) is the process of controlling the quality of materials and parts for manufacturing a product before production begins. With incoming inspection, you can control for quality even before conducting a first article inspection or a during production.

IPQC

(IPQC=In Process Quality Control) is the controlling procedure involved in the manufacturing of dosage forms
starting from raw material purchase to dispatch in final packaging.
It prevents errors during processing. Human errors during the process can be minimizing.

FQC

(FQC=Final Quality Control) is the last process flow before shipping a product. This process is established to ensure the unit has gone through and passed all the manufacturing or test process and is of good quality.

OQC

(OQC=Outgoing Quality Control) is the acronym Outgoing Quality Control, they are responsible for checking the finished with packaging, using AQL sampling plan.

QCs are supposed to pick out a defective products, parts, components or material, keep them in defective piles, and send back to rework.
