Industrial Panel PC for Wastewater Monitoring System

Many industrial cities discharge large amounts of wastewater, which has caused serious pollution of urban surface water. The environmental monitoring center departments of each city are responsible for the monitoring of urban surface environmental water quality and wastewater discharged by pollution sources. Many cities have successively formed a wastewater monitoring network with municipal departments as the network head, district departments, and industry departments.

In order to improve the water quality monitoring capacity, an online wastewater monitoring system has been established: it is composed of a wastewater discharge monitoring sub-station, a monitoring center station, and a management center (urban environmental protection bureau).

1. It can realize automatic sampling of enterprise wastewater and urban sewage, online monitoring of flow rate and main pollution factors;

2. Real-time grasp of enterprise and urban sewage discharge and total pollutant discharge, and realize automatic transmission of monitoring data;

3. Data collection, sorting, and comprehensive analysis by the computer control center;

4. The monitoring information is transmitted to the urban environmental protection bureau, which supervises and manages the enterprise.

Monitoring sub-station: A monitoring sub-station is built at each sewage outlet, equipped with an experimental platform, in which an online flow meter, an automatic water quality sampler, an online pollutant monitor, and a control system with industrial panel pc are installed, which can complete the functions of collection, data processing, storage, display, recording, statistics, printing, etc. of the output signal of the detection instrument; which can meet the requirements for monitoring data of each sewage outlet, and perform real-time through the wireless communication system and the panel pc control center data transmission.

Monitoring central station: establish a central laboratory, a wireless receiving system, and a computer control center at the urban environmental monitoring central station. The computer control center is responsible for receiving the information transmitted by the monitoring sub-stations and the monitoring information of other pollution sources; is responsible for the classification, screening, and comprehensive analysis of the monitoring information; completes the statistics, calculation, and processing of the data, and can automatically generate various reports; with storage and display, Recording, printing, statistics, and other functions, and realize networking with the information center of the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau. Set up a large-screen projection system to display the distribution of the city’s key pollution sources and monitoring results, and use a computer multimedia voice system to demonstrate environmental quality.

Management Center: The management center is composed of relevant departments of the Urban Environmental Protection Bureau and is the decision-making center of the system. It mainly analyzes and investigates the monitoring information obtained from the monitoring center station, makes management decisions in a timely manner, and increases management efforts.
